These General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.creast.network (the “Website”), which is owned and controlled by Audiovisual Global Network S.L., with CIF B-88316468 and registered office at Calle Julián Rabanedo 4, 28045, Madrid, Spain (“AGN”). Access to and use of the Website by the user (the “User”) implies the unconditional acceptance of these General Terms. In the event that there are specific conditions, access to and use of the Website will also be subject to those specific conditions, which will prevail over the General Terms, which are also accepted by the User without reservation.

2. Use of the Website

The Website contains content and informational material about the audiovisual and entertainment industry. Its main objective is to provide customers and the general public with information related to other companies in the sector.

Unless otherwise stated in applicable specific conditions, the use of the Website is free of charge, notwithstanding the cost of connecting to the relevant telecommunications network through which the User accesses the Internet. The services provided by AGN are priced as indicated in each case.

The user assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. In such registration, the user is responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the user may provide a password for which they are responsible, including its diligent and confidential use.

The User agrees to use the Website and the services and content included in it diligently, correctly, and lawfully. The use of the Website for the following purposes is expressly prohibited: (i) to harm the interests or property of AGN and/or third parties; (ii) to engage in unlawful, illegal activities, or those contrary to good faith and public order; (iii) to spread racist, xenophobic, pornographic content, terrorist propaganda, or any material that infringes on human rights; or (iv) in any way that overloads, damages, or disables AGN’s networks, servers, or other hardware and/or software.

The User shall be responsible for any damages caused to AGN or third parties resulting from violations of applicable laws and/or non-compliance with these General Terms.

AGN reserves the right to: (i) prevent or prohibit access to the Website by any User who uses the Website in an immoral manner or contrary to these General Terms and legal provisions; (ii) remove any comments or contributions that may harm a person’s dignity by being discriminatory, racist, xenophobic, pornographic, harmful to youth or children, a threat to public safety and order, or that AGN deems inappropriate for publication; and (iii) take legal actions deemed necessary to prevent such behavior.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

As applicable, AGN (i) is the exclusive owner of the texts, trademarks, images, logos, distinctive signs, sounds, animations, videos, source code, and other content included on the Website; or (ii) has the exploitation and usage rights for them. Therefore, the content of the Website is protected by current intellectual and industrial property laws. The User must respect at all times all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website, whether they belong to AGN or to a third party.

Any assignment, transformation, modification, editing, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, distribution, copying, reproduction, or storage, in whole or in part, of the content of the Website is expressly prohibited unless: (i) there is prior written consent from AGN or from the rightful owner of the rights; or (ii) it is permitted by applicable laws. The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of this Website is always at their sole and exclusive responsibility, with AGN declining any contractual or non-contractual liability arising from the use of the Website by the User. 7. Data Protection

In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons’ rights in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the User is informed that the personal data and information provided through the forms on the Website will be incorporated and processed in a file whose data controller is Audiovisual Global Network, S.L. Consequently, the User expressly consents to AGN processing their information and personal data. The purpose is to maintain contact with the User, address their information requests, and send them commercial information. Likewise, the User consents for AGN to use and store, for statistical purposes, the necessary data to calculate CO2 emissions (such as data related to mobility, energy consumption, waste generation, etc.) to improve the environmental sustainability of the User’s professional activities. The legal basis for AGN is the User’s consent. AGN will not transfer the data to third parties unless required by law.

The questions included in each form are voluntary unless marked with an asterisk (*), which are mandatory. If the required questions are not answered, AGN reserves the right not to process incomplete requests or inquiries.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.

AGN and the User submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the City of Madrid, Spain, for any conflict arising from the access, download, or use of the Website. This electronic contract is considered to be executed in the City of Madrid, Spain.

10. Language

These General Terms and Conditions are available in both Spanish and English. The English version is provided solely for informational purposes for Users who do not understand Spanish. However, in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Spanish and English versions of these General Terms and Conditions, the Spanish version will prevail in all cases.
